SATORU's music is Pop/Rock Music with World Music flavor (especially Bazillian, Cuban, and Caribbean) featuring great singing and guitar sound.Years of singing, playing, and listening to all genres of music (Classical, Jazz, Funk, Rock, Pop, World Music) have made his music truly unique. He also follows the latest trend of Pop and Rock Music in Japan, where he was born.
His lyrics reflect the influence of Buddhist philosophy though he does not belong any religious group.
Besides being a solo artist, SATORU is a singer for one of the best San Francisco progressive rock bands, THE THUNDER.
